Arla and FAI farms are trialling regenerative methods on 24 farms in Europe. Dairy farmer Tom Gregory in Dorset says, “Regenerative farming is an ethos really… it’s not a set of rules, and so it’s individual. It’s an ethos where you’re looking to regenerate the soils, and really understand a complete cycle of farming, balancing and creating healthy soil, which creates healthy plants, healthy animals and healthy food.” Read more…
